Remote Controllers for Creating Matter in Space © **
Abstract
In this article I expose new and original inventions for methods and systems that are capable of creating matter
from remote distances, within the laboratory and very far away into space. I call these systems Remote Controllers for Creating
Matter (RCCM). The inventions are based upon my theory in physics that I have developed over the past nineteen years, the
Oron Sea Theory (OST). OST predicts the existence of a sub-particle fluid like matter, the Oron Sea, composed of tiny particles,
orons, which are much smaller than any known elementary particle. The principal hypothesis of the OST is that all the phenomena
we see in ordinary fluids, such as water and gases, exists as well in the Oron Sea.
RCCM based on strong magnets may be used to create
matter within the laboratory. This may be used to learn how to cook elementary particles. RCCM based on Lasers for creating matter on the other side of the Globe. RCCM based on particle-particle
collisions for creating matter on the planets of the Solar system. RCCM based on Oron Rays for creating matter on planets
of stars within our galaxy and beyond. This last RCCM is suggested for the 22 Century.
Using any of these RCCM may
pave the way for creating elementary particles, atoms, molecules, new materials, biological cells, etc, within the laboratory
as well as at very remote places into space. My invention also gives a real hope to humanity that one-day, in a few generations,
it will be possible to communicate and build materials on every star of the known Universe by using RCCM based on Ultra-Oron
rays. RCCM may also be useful for searching extra life in our galaxy and beyond. This article is probably the beginning of
the age of Elementary Particles Engineering.
NOTES (October 30, 2002)
The Full Article was sent to public
newspapers for publishing under certain terms. Here is a copy of the letter that was sent to The New York Times in April 23,
2002. (I do not copy here my personal details that were included in my original letter):
To: Science Editor, The New
York Times
Dear Sir,
I am an independent space physicist, inventor and initiator of advanced global technologies,
and developer of new scientific fields. The Israeli space launcher Shavit and the satellites Offeq are due to my inventions
and initializations. The US Patent No. 5172875 reveals my inventions regarding new method for space launchers. The idea Live
TV Tourism via Satellites is mine. Other worldwide projects are due to my original ideas (see the new site in the following).
I hereby submit my new article, Remote Controllers for Creating Matter in Space, which is based on my original ideas,
to be published in The New York Times. This article reveals original inventions for creating materials and biological cells
in the laboratory, on the other side of the Globe and in remote locations in space. In addition, they give a real hope for
humanity that one day, a few generations in the future, it will be possible to communicate with and build materials on distant
stars. It may also be used to search for additional life within our galaxy and beyond. This may sound like science fiction,
but it is not. It is based on new physical theories. I believe the article will be of great interest to the readers of The
New York Times.
I am turning to you in this unusual way, since coming to the conclusion that for an inventor in the
21st century, the best way to publish an idea and earn a living is by presenting original inventions directly to the public
as published articles. Just as is done with good stories. After all, this was the original goal while starting the Patent
Method in Great Britain in 1628: to enable the society to benefit from the invention and to pay the inventor for his special
contribution to the society. Therefore, I am sending this article for a relatively small payment, but I reserve to myself
all the rights and copyrights regarding the article, the ideas within it and the textual content. No exclusive agreement is
stated or implied. Additional letters will be sent concurrently to other newspapers and mass media publications as well. In
the meantime I shall postpone for a while the publication of this article on my INTERNET site: https://ifried22.tripod.com/
where you may find my CV and partial List of my civilian articles, ideas, inventions and patents in a variety of scientific
and technological fields. There are also Notes and several Articles that I have already included in that developing site.
For the permission to publish this article or the innovation idea in The New York Times or in any other media connected
to The New York Times, I kindly request a payment of only three hundred thousand US dollars (US$ 300,000). ...

This was my letter to the Science Editor of The New York Times without my personal details. Parallel leters
were sent to other public newspapers. I do not know whether it was published so far or it is going to be published. As I wrote
in my letters, I publish now the Full Article in this site. As a visitor of my site, you are welcome to read the full article under the same terms that I posed in my above letter to the New
York Times. That means you can read the article and even use the idea and develope the invention, for the benefit of the humanity.
But, in case you wish to publish the ideae or the article in any kind of media, you, or the publisher to whom you deliver
the article, should have to pay to me the same mentioned payment, i.e. three hundred thousand US dollars (US$ 300,000). This
payment may help me to develope more useful ideas for the benefit of the Humanity.

need more details, please contact me via the "Contact" button at the top of this page. For reading the Full Article, due to your agreement to those terms, please click AGREE.
